Bio

Andrew is a prominent member of the London, Ontario area recreational cycling scene. While he did have a late start in the sport, he has developed a strong network of like minded cyclists that he works with on a daily basis. Whether it is developing the next great group ride, working on team tactics or marketing his local club, Andrew passionately pursues his goals with a get it done attitude.

Andrew advocates for cyclists at various levels, including municipal, county and provincial levels. He contributed to the certification of St. Thomas, Ontario as a Bicycle Friendly Community in late 2017 and actively encourages cycling as an alternative to regular automotive commuting every chance he gets.

Community Work

Founding Member and President - Railway City Cycling Club (2015-2018)

One of the founders of the club, based out of St. Thomas, Ontario. The club is based on a cycle-for-all motto, where all types of riders are welcome to join. The club runs group rides for all skill levels from novices to racers. The club rides across various disciplines including track at the local Forest City Velodrome, mountain biking at Boler Mountain, Fanshawe, the Pines, Hydrocut and other local trails, cyclocross and road.
